Yes, we supply all professional grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you prefer us to use your own, just let us know.

Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?

Absolutely. All Shine Haus team members are fully insured, police-checked and trained to deliver premium cleaning results.

Do you clean newly built homes before handover?

Yes, we specialize in pre hand over and post construction cleans to ensure the property looks flawless for the new owner or tenant.

How do I get a quote?

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, many clients provide us with access instructions. However, you’re welcome to be present if you prefer

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, but we may be able to accommodate urgent cleans depending on availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card and cash. Invoices are issued for every job.
